Yesterday was my 1st time serving my food to real customer!! NERVOUS*
We were in Truffles restaurant and in a Open Kitchen man!
We have lots of fun and in the process we in WAR man~!
Order keep coming in and we gotta cook and serve fast!
My main courses were return back due to FISH not Big ENOUGH =.=
Duh!! I pick d thick one of courses!! I know is small but is thick meat la~ =.=

Some customer complain fish not cooked , too salty, not enough salt and blah~ blah~ blah~
Nah~1st time is like that and I learn from it.. (customer always right?!)
We were quite rush and team working is important~
I learned a lot and I hope I won't make the same mistake again...haha XD

Ohya! After kitchen practical class , I went to my locker and I realise I left my keys inside the locker! I damm stupid nia! I told the kakak and she told me to inform the maintanence to break the locker. While waiting , I try to break the locker by myself and YES! I fail =.= After a long period of time , at last the man came with a spanar and pluck*~the locker break and I got my things back! Thank goodness!
So , we went to Student Life Centre for a rest and sudden my phone rang~and I realise my house keys was also in my pocket!!!!!!!!!! OMG! I was so blur and stupid! Because i had a spare locker keys in 1 of my house keys!!!! HAIZ =.=
