I bought a Lenovo laptop on last year. It serve me quite well and I'm satisfied with it.

Recently I felt my laptop starts lagging and it took time to even open a start button. Speaker makes noises when webcam-ing with others. Everything was ok. I just don't like it to be lag. So I thought I send it to service.

I went to the office at OPUS IT Service Pte Ltd for services. I waited there for 2 hours. Is fine. No big deal. I can wait. Until my turn, I told them what is my problem and they are very friendly in handling my matter. Receive it and let me sign a few documents.

And the problem comes. They need me to sign an agreement that they might need to reset it to factory setting if they need to.

Staff : I need you to sign this so that you are agree to reset the laptop when it needs to.

Me : Ok. *before signing* But will you inform me 1st before reset everything because I have no back up. And will I know what is the problem with my laptop?

Staff : Yes. The engineering will call or email you to explain about the problem and when it needs to, they will ask you 1st before formatting the whole laptop.

Me : Ok. That's fine if you inform 1st.

They called me last Friday to collect my laptop and I went to the office today.

Again I waited for more than an hour just to collect my laptop. And found out that they reset my laptop to factory settings.

I WAS SHOCK. VERY SHOCK.

I ask them why did they reset my laptop without asking and where are all my data!!

The staff check for me and said I had signed the agreement that I agree to format.

I said NO! I DID SIGN THE PAPER BUT I ASK IF YOU WILL INFORM ME BEFORE RESETTING THE WHOLE DAMM THING!

How would you feel if your laptop got reformat without asking your customer?!

Do you think it is right to do that??

We always save so many important photos, document, and any other things in it. It mean so much to everyone of us and you just reformat . every  .single. thing?!

I was super angry with it and start speaking louder and louder toward the staff. They told me that they contacted me twice through my mobile but unfortunately no answer.

DAMM I DID NOT RECEIVE ANY PHONE CALL FROM YOU. YOU LIER!

And never bother to email me. If you can't contact me through phone, why you don't email me? So what's the point of asking email address from me when you don't even bother to email me??

Is your 1st time servicing laptop?! You don't even know how our data is so important to people?!

You damm of bullshit. I demand for all my data to be restored and they keep on insisting cannot be restore and I signed the damm agreement.

OK. I signed that agreement. True. In physical proof, I was in disadvantaged. But I ask for confirmation in contacting me before doing anything to my laptop 1st and sign it.

AND YOUR DAMM STAFF ANSWER ME YES.

SO IS YOUR STAFF GIVING ME WRONG INFORMATION ABOUT THIS MATTER?

SHOULD I NOT TRUST YOUR STAFF AND NOT SIGN IT?

Is this how you teach your staff to talk whatever they want and make us, customer out there to believe it?

This is the trust that you build with your customer? I get it now. Shouldn't entrust your staff with my laptop. Shouldn't entrust with Lenovo. At all.

I think so too now. This is how they push their blame to their customer and not settling it professionally.

LENOVO YOU HAVE FAIL TO TRAIN YOUR STAFF PROPERLY.

And Lenovo user out there, never trust what information they gave you and never never sign anything that causes your important data gone.

A girl talk to me when I was making noises there and she told me she has the same issue as me but she was lucky because she created 2 account which did not affect her data. She was lucky.

SEE? NOT TRYING HARD TO REACH OUT YOUR CUSTOMER AND DECIDE TO REFORMAT EVERYTHING?

GOOD TRY LENOVO. YOU SUCKS.

Seriously I never got so pissed off and become a mad women shouting and scolding toward people. But this time I pissed. Frustrated. Feel so heart breaking when I never get my data back. All my precious memories photos, all my documents I have done so far, everything just gone...

Just because you cannot reach me, you assume I was ok with it.

I don't mind reformatting if it needs to. Contact me and I still have a choice. I don't mind waiting for the services. 

I entrusted my trust to your service to you, trust that you will inform me 1st as you told me and sign the paper and you throw a sentence back to me like a robot telling me I signed the agreement.

I'm terrible disappointed with you, Lenovo.

If there is anybody ask me about buying or changing new laptop, I will always say

NEVER CHOOSE LENOVO BECAUSE THEIR SERVICE IS BEYOND SUCKS.

SUCKS TO THE MAX.

Aloha! Been back to work for few days and I feel much more energetic. Maybe because I have a short break from hell (aka my work) haha. Really wanted to run away for a while, have a break, not thinking anything about my work which I failed because I have been looking at my phone the whole time. @__@

Anyway I have to go back to KL to see my mum because she got dengue like 2 weeks ago? I was terribly busy with F1 period :( Couldn't manage to take care of her soooooo I went back! HAHA.

I just realize... Umm... Life is short. If I don't spend time more with my family, one day I might regret. Regret that I did not spend time with them when they are still here. Is so dilemma sometimes because I place my career as my 1st priority,  I tend to neglect so many things in my life. I think I should start, ya know, like visiting or call my mum more often? Call my grandma and chat with her, I know she misses me a lot. Or try to message my dad once in a while haha. Anyway I should act rather than babbling here.

Anyway just post some of my #OOTD. Throwback version wtf.

But this year was a total different. I knew there was something different on my 22nd birthday. Ever since January, I been having this feel whenever I saw this 4 numbers. 10:31am or pm. It sounds ridiculous but every single moment when I turn to my phone, it was always 10.31 am or pm. And to add more in it, I even saw many of my birthday number in every place or articles that I read. It just sparks me every time that this year, it might be something different which... it happens.

There are few surprises which I will leave it on the other post. 

The 1st surprise is from my oppa. I never knew he had plan so much for my birthday. By booking a nice hotel with lovely decoration and also a gift for me. I really did not expect all these to be happen on me because I knew on my actual birthday, he has no time for me because of work. I expected nothing from him but a replace birthday dinner but..... Thank you oppa. I cherish it a lot.

Actually the whole surprise thing is to secretly book the hotel without me knowing it but.... something just happen. When we were planning to go back to KL, my mum really wanted me to go back to Ipoh so that I could visit my grandfather. I was worried at 1st because the oppa didn't know about my plan before we went to KL. So I talk to him about it and he acted all surprise because it was clash with his plan which I didn't notice at all wtf. After a few talk about it, he knew he had to blurt out about the hotel. It was so hilarious when I heard about it and it literally shock me for a while.

But that was not all.

When the day arrive, I was still not suspect much about it.

But at the moment I step into the room, I saw this.



I was shock. and start weeping. Not really weeping, almost wtf. Actually the oppa went in 1st, following my mum who was stun there too when she saw this. and le me haha.

Oh and not to forget, thank you Ritz Carlton KL for everything. They have made a wonderful job in planning all the surprise with oppa. I was really touched with all their hardwork and efforts.


They even decorate all these with rose petals and towel made swans and elephants!

After that, I read every single e-mail of him with the Ritz Carlton staff about the surprise. I was laughing so badly with all the conversations.It was planned 1 month earlier!

On the day we check out, the butler team even frame up photos of me and oppa and gave it to us as memories! Sorry I left it at my home at KL so no photos.

Thank you oppa for everything and shower me with lots of loves. And a big thank you to the Ritz Carlton KL for giving me such a memorable memories. So guys if you wanna give a surprise to your loved ones. you know where to go haha.
